A batch COA covering HPLC assay, heavy metals and microbiology ships with every lot — drawn from the same batch as your goods, not from a catalogue.
Documents released with the batch
The batch COA — electronic copy as standard, paper copy available on request — and the packing list ship together with the goods, with the test methods (HPLC/TLC, heavy metals) stated on the report.
From confirmed order to dispatch, step by step

We build a buffer into the schedule for testing and documentation, and confirm the working dates in writing on the PI — so the date you are given is a date we can hold.
